Terms & Conditions
These terms govern requests for CRM BN concepts and any website, hosting, update, or related service that CRM BN agrees to provide.
1. Who may use the service
You must be at least 18 years old and be the business owner or have authority to act for the business. By submitting a request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
2. Concept requests
A free concept is a private, non-binding example prepared for review. It is not an official business website, endorsement, offer, or representation by the featured business. We may accept or decline a request and may ask for verification before using business assets or publishing anything.
3. Approval and activation
No subscription or payment obligation begins merely because you submit the form or receive a concept. Before activation, you must review and approve the business name, claims, prices, hours, location, contact details, images, and other content. A service starts only when you expressly accept the applicable scope and price and ask us to activate it.
4. Basic subscription
The advertised basic subscription includes one mobile-friendly business page, managed hosting, core business information, contact details, hours and directions, and one small content update per month. A small update means a reasonable change to existing text, hours, contact details, or one image. Unused updates do not accumulate unless agreed otherwise.
The displayed price is USD 9.99 per month or USD 79 per year, billed in advance unless a different price is clearly agreed before activation. Yearly subscribers save 34% compared to paying monthly. Intro pricing is locked for the first 500 subscribers and may change for later subscribers. Taxes, third-party fees, premium assets, and custom-domain charges are not included unless explicitly agreed. Cancellation is described below.
5. Custom work
Additional pages, catalogs, ordering, lead forms, custom integrations, professional copy, photography, automation, marketing, and major redesigns are outside the basic subscription. We will confirm scope, price, timing, dependencies, and any third-party charges before custom work begins.
6. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Billing details and the first billing date are confirmed at activation. The subscription continues month to month until canceled. You may cancel by emailing sage-digital@agentmail.to. Cancellation stops future renewal after the current paid period, and the hosted page may be taken offline at the end of that period. Fees already paid for an active period are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed otherwise. We will not charge a payment method without authorization.
7. Your content and permissions
You retain ownership of your business information, branding, photos, and other material. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive permission to copy, edit, format, host, and display supplied or approved material only as needed to prepare the concept and provide the service. You confirm that you own the material or have permission to use it and that it does not infringe another person's rights.
8. Our work and reuse
We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, systems, know-how, and reusable design components. After full payment, you may use the approved page content and deliverables for your business, subject to any third-party licence terms. A custom transfer of source files, domain ownership, or other rights must be agreed in writing.
9. Accuracy and lawful use
You are responsible for keeping business details, claims, prices, licences, and contact information accurate and lawful. You must not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful goods or services, malware, rights infringement, harassment, or misleading claims. We may refuse, remove, or suspend content that creates legal, security, reputational, or platform risk.
10. Hosting and availability
We aim to keep paid pages available and maintained, but internet and third-party hosting services may experience maintenance, outages, security incidents, or changes outside our reasonable control. We may make technical changes needed for security, compatibility, or service operation. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular search-engine ranking, traffic level, lead volume, or sales result.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate a service for non-payment, unlawful or harmful content, security risk, material breach, or misuse after reasonable notice where practicable. Either party may end a month-to-month subscription in accordance with the cancellation section. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, and liability limits—survive termination.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data. You must have authority to provide any personal data included in business content and should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
13. Disclaimers and liability
Except for commitments expressly stated in an accepted service confirmation, the service and any free concept are provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss caused by customer-supplied inaccuracies, third-party services, or events beyond reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the fees you paid for that service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Changes
We may update these terms for future requests or renewals. The current version and update date will be posted here. Material changes affecting an active subscription will be communicated reasonably in advance where practicable. Continuing after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam, without excluding mandatory rights that apply in your place of residence or business. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern in good faith. If it cannot be resolved, the courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear the dispute.
